Helping with Credence and Honor

C and H Property Solutions Came from a simple idea, Take care of our clients with Credence and Honor. David Clifford noticed that people where taken advantage of when they had a bad situation hit their lives, He thought there had to be a better answer for everyone involved in the real estate transaction. Started in Spring of 2018 David, wanted to set out to create a business to do just that.

David went 2 years flipping houses, and building a reputation of honesty and treating people fairly in the community. He began wholesaling properties,  offering top dollar to people in difficult solutions who would have otherwise lost their homes or any place to live.

In the Spring of 2020 right as the pandemic was taking off David, got his real estate License to better serve more people in yet 1 more way being able to negotiate for higher selling prices for his valued clients.  Summer of 2020 with sky rocketing prices in real estate, and increase demand for services  David Brought on additional help in the form of an acquisitions manager Colt Hample. Late into 2020 David was able to add yet again to the services provided by C and H Property Solutions with adding Property Management, and Rentals to the mix of services. January of 2021 David has added yet another item to the mix by partnering with Gaskin Construction to offer people looking to build their first home or forever home or let them fall in love with their current home again!
